Biodynamic CranioSacral Work

Craniosacral work is a gentle hands on therapy that originates from osteopathic medicine. It follows the fluctuation of the cerebrospinal fluid to nourish the nervous system and brain. It also decompresses the bones of the head and neck, as well as releases patterns of tension throughout the body. The stillness that this work encourages allows for the emergence of a felt-sense of wholeness, as well as an experience of deep rest and spaciousness.

Biodynamic CranioSacral Work can help with: migraines headaches whiplash anxiety hyperalertness depression brain disorders pre and post natal support

Cupping & Moxa

Cupping is part of the traditional medicine of cultures in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America. It’s kitchen table medicine, beneficial for aches and pains. It works by releasing layers of muscles and fascia, therefore freeing up the circulation of blood. Where there is circulation, there is no pain. It’s a tried and true tool for pain relief and the extraction of pathogens like phlegm, heat, and damp.

Moxa is the burning of Chinese mugwort near or on the skin to increase blood circulation, create warmth, relieve pain, strengthen and tonify the body.

It is beneficial for fatigue, chronic pain,  menstrual pain,  arthritis, fatigue, low immunity and turning breech babies.
